Mindful Meeting Zoom session for Green Lane Community Group
Jacquie prepared and delivered a bespoke mindful practice to assist my community action group in preparing for a remote meeting. Her delivery exceeded my expectations and participant comments included 'genius' and 'very good'. She had a clear understanding of the needs of the participants and took time to connect with them. Her tone, manner and inclusive tools ensured that participants felt comfortable. Online meetings can be challenging. This experience helped us to feel grounded and present. Our meeting was therefore more productive. I would highly recommend Jacquie for her informal and professional service.

Mindfulness Taster session
Jacquie came to talk to our WI about her new venture just before the Coronavirus lock down. By involving us in short activities, she demonstrated how we could all become more mindful and calmer in our everyday lives. Combining her knowledge of qigong and mindfulness with her previous professional skills gives Jacquie the ability to share her expertise in a practical and well-researched way. A very enjoyable and valuable session.

Mindfulness Taster sessions
Jacquie from Mindful Meets ran taster mindfulness session for our Creative Arts groups at Whitby DAG. The sessions were very well received by all those that participated. Jacquie put a lot of thought into the content and ensured that all the activities were fully accessible for our members. We are now planning for Jacquie to run regular sessions for us once the current restrictions are lifted. Everyone said they felt more relaxed and could use the simple exercises in their daily life. One participant reported that on the night after the session she slept really well for the first time in months.
