Future dates to be confirmed.

Gift yourself an hour to slow down, wander and reflect with guided activities via Zoom. Take part from the streets or your sofa.

The perfect way to find your direction and set your intentions in these difficult times.

These sessions are FREE - donations to Street Wisdom are welcome.

Slow down, tune in and see the world around you with new eyes. Based on the innovative Street Wisdom approach, this outdoor walk/workshop gives you the time and space to notice, learn and reflect.

TUNE IN - activities to help you notice more of what's around you
QUEST - time to seek out inspiration for a personal question among the sights & sounds of local streets
SHARE - opportunity to share what we've discovered

Forget the world for a time and totally relax while you are 'bathed' in sound and its vibrations. Experience many unusual and fascinating instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gong, crystal bowls, bells, rain sticks, shakers and rattles. Session held at My Core WellBeing with Adrienne Woods.

The cost for this event is £22.

We care about your wellbeing …

So, in addition to designing and delivering calming sessions, and making COVID-secure arrangements (see below), we regularly update our knowledge and skills. In 2021, Jacquie Cole attended Mental Health First Aid England's 'Adult Mental Health Awareness' course. This will be followed up in 2022 with further training and development.

We aim to keep our costs reasonable to make mindfulness as
accessible as possible. Reduced rates are available for
community groups, charities, local businesses and schools.

Sample sessions:

One hour mindfulness session: from £50 for up to 10 people (includes pre-session discussion, planning & preparation, travel if local, and resources)

One hour mindful walking tour: from £20 for groups of 4-6 (includes planning discussion)

One hour bespoke Street Wisdom: your team, your theme! You choose the time, the place, the focus; we bring the Street Wisdom approach to build teamwork & generate new ideas: from £80 for up to 10 people.
