Mindful Meets Privacy Policy

This privacy policy will explain how Mindful Meets uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

Mindful Meets collects personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)

You directly provide Mindful Meets with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
  • Voluntarily contact us via email or mobile.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
Mindful Meets collects your data so that we can:
  • Contact you with any changes to your booked session
  • Contact you with special offers/updates on other Mindful Meets events we think you might like.
How do we store your data?
Mindful Meets securely stores your data on separate contact sheets for each individual in a folder which is kept in a lockable cabinet. We will keep your details for 12 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by shredding the relevant document. 
Marketing
Mindful Meets will not send you information about products and services from other companies.You have the right at any time to stop Mindful Meets from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email us on info@mindfulmeets.co.uk
