Mindfulness Group Session
Jacquie came along to our Social group in Scarborough this month.
Everyone really enjoyed the morning, learning how to slow down &  take time out for themselves using the breathing exercises and other techniques Jacquie demonstrated.
Jacquie was also on hand to answer any personal questions people had at the end of the morning which many people found a great help.
We are looking forward to another group session  in the New Year.
