Jacquie came to talk to our WI about her new venture just before the Coronavirus lock down. By involving us in short activities, she demonstrated how we could all become more mindful and calmer in our everyday lives. Combining her knowledge of qigong and mindfulness with her previous professional skills gives Jacquie the ability to share her expertise in a practical and well-researched way. A very enjoyable and valuable session.
